Choc mousse … Dairy free!

So the secret ingredient to this, instead of cream is ….. Avocado!!!


1 Avocado

2 bars of 70% cocoa dark choc

Teaspoon on vanilla extract

Pinch salt

4 pitted dates

1 tblsp coconut oil

1 tblsp maple syrup


Melt the choc in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water

Pour melted choc into a blender with the rest of the ingregients


Served with chopped strawberries
