Rte taste magazine spring salad

This salad caught my interest so I made an effort to get in the ingredients (  all easily found in my local store)

This one is all about taste combinations ….after chopping… It’s serve and eat!

you will need

beetroot raw

fennel bulb raw

radishes

pomegranate seeds

parsley

carrot

pea shoots

star anise

olive oil

black pepper

I had no star anise or pea shoots so added spring onion

Thumbs up!!!!
